THE BRASSERIE

About This Project

The Design Objective for Brasserie was to preserve the vernacular. The idea being to re-create an old world, rustic ambiance that would impart a sense of industrial chicness. Hence the choice of materials was reclaimed wood, blackened steel, concrete flooring with a hint of color and burnt bricks. All finishes are natural and raw, to create a casual atmosphere, yet amalgamating with soft hues of sophistication for fine dining too.
